The Create Healthy Boundaries Journey is a 3-month transformational experience that supports you in releasing the fears, guilt, or self-doubt that keep you stuck. You’ll gain the insight, courage, and tools to create and honour boundaries that protect your energy and reflect your truth—even in emotionally charged situations.

This coaching path is for heart-centered women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves in relationships and begin showing up with greater self-respect, confidence, and compassion.

This is more than a coaching program—it’s a healing path designed to gently support you in shifting lifelong patterns that keep you stuck in guilt, resentment, or silence. Over the course of three months, you’ll move through a process that helps you heal from the inside out so you can stand in your truth and create more fulfilling relationships.

1. Uncover Core Wounds

Before you can create boundaries that last, you need to understand what’s been standing in your way. In this first phase, we’ll gently explore the deeper emotional layers—your unhealed wounds, fears, family dynamics, and limiting beliefs—that have kept you quiet or compliant in order to feel safe.


You’ll begin to see these patterns clearly, not with blame or judgment, but with compassion and awareness that open the door to lasting change.

2. Heal Your Wounds

Once you’ve uncovered what’s been holding you back, we’ll begin the work of releasing it. You’ll learn simple, effective healing practices to help you let go of emotional pain, outdated coping strategies, and self-protective patterns that no longer serve you.

This stage is about freeing yourself from the past so you can show up in the present with more peace, clarity, and joy—especially in your closest relationships.

3. Create Healthy Boundaries

With greater self-awareness and emotional freedom, you’ll be ready to define and express what you truly need in your relationships. I’ll help you get clear on your values, desires, and non-negotiables, and guide you in creating boundaries that honor your well-being without guilt or defensiveness.
You’ll also learn supportive communication strategies to express your boundaries clearly and compassionately—even when they’re tested—so you can stay true to yourself with confidence and grace.
