Here’s How The Create Healthy Boundaries Challenge Works
It’s a 5 day free challenge that will help you stop saying YES to others when it’s uncomfortable saying NO.
Throughout the challenge you will…
- gain a better understanding of the underlying reasons why you find it difficult to say “NO”
- learn some steps you can take right away to support you in releasing the emotional triggers that trap you into saying YES
- receive a number of scripts you can use in a variety of situations that will make it easier for you to say NO. Use these scripts when you’re in a situation where you’re afraid someone might judge you or get angry with you or feel disappointed with you if you don’t say YES to them.
- walk away with strategies you can effectively use with people who try to manipulate you or harass you to get you to say YES
- explore how you can let go of any shame or guilt you might feel in saying NO
Each day, you’ll be given a simple action step to reflect on what I share with you and to help you integrate what you’re learning. I recommend you take a minimum of 15 minutes a day to complete each action step so you can get the maximum benefit. Of course, you can take longer. The more time you invest in this, the easier it will be for you to begin saying No with courage, confidence and grace.
You will be part of a closed Facebook group where you can ask questions and share insights in a safe and supportive space.
